You have 48 hours to notify The Lash Cartel if you are unsatisfied with your lashes. We offer a complimentary corrective 45 minute touch up. Your happiness is our priority.

We ask that you do not bring any company with you, so that you may relax completely and they may perform the service with zero distractions and full concentration. We are not equipped to provide child care.

The Lash Cartel currently only accepts payments via Cash and Zelle.

Exceptions to this policy are not permitted. The Lash Cartel sympathizes with illness and family emergencies, but we cannot be responsible for any last minute cancellations or no shows. A 48 hour window is allowed for rescheduling. The Lash Cartel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Deposits are non refundable and non transferable. Deposits are included in the total price and will be deducted on the day of the appointment. By sending your deposit, you have read the Lash Cartel Policies and agree to all the terms and conditions. Deposits are not required for returning clients.

Time in between clients is utilized to sanitize and prep for the next appointment. If you do find yourself arriving early, feel free wait in your car. If you do find yourself arriving late, please notify us as soon as possible. We allow a 15 minute grace period with no notification, otherwise the Lash Cartel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. If notified, the Lash Cartel will do their best and perform the service with the time allotted.

Arriving to your appointment with at 40% or less coverage, after removal and cleansing, may result in either a less dense set than before or you may be charged a extended fill or full set service. Please book your fills accordingly to avoid any disappointments. Lash Cartel will do their best and perform the service with the time allotted.

Lash Cartel accepts foreign fills for an added $35 foreign fill fee to fill service of your choice. Due to inconsistencies of artist to artist technique and product, foreign fills are not applicable for stylized sets.

To ensure the best possible retention, lashes must be free of makeup, dirt, and debris. This includes the following; mascara, powder, cream, gel products, strip lash glue, dead skin, oils etc. A complimentary cleansing is provided with every service. Be aware that cleansing consumes more time out of your fill appointment. More time cleaning, means less time you will have for your service. Showering prior to your appointment eliminates any unnecessary contact with heat or steam within the first 24 hours. Avoid facials after lash fills; recommended beforehand. This will insure that the bond between the semi permanent lashes and your natural lashes.

Do not have any type of caffeine the day of your appointment. This includes beverages and any medications. Caffeine causes the following side effects:

• Uncontrollable restlessness

• Nervousness

• Raised heart rate

• Breathing rate

These side effects may cause your eyes to tremor at a fast speed and possibly flicker open. Which makes it nearly impossible to apply eyelash extensions and may cause irritation due to glue fumes entering the eyes. The Lash Cartel reserves the right to refuse service and may result in your appointment to end and 100% of the service will be required at the end of the appointment.

It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and have a snack/meal prior. You will be laying down for a long periods of time with dimmed lights and soft music as your backdrop during your eyelash application. This will allow you to make the most of this time to relax and be pampered. We will no longer offer blankets. Dress accordingly or bring a blanket of your own. The studio can range anywhere from 68-73 degrees Fahrenheit.

Your eyes will be closed during the application of your eyelash extensions. It is suggested that contacts are removed and reapplied after service. This allows the eyes to be comfortable in a natural and rested state and avoids any discomfort.

Due to high interest in our services a $100 deposit is required for all new clients. If you choose not to pay the holding deposit, I will not be able to hold or guarantee your preferred appointment time and date. We strive to accommodate all clients to the best of our ability.
